Program

The Stevens Center for Innovation in Finance is an interdisciplinary research center at The Wharton School dedicated to the scholarly research of major topics at the intersection of finance, technology, and policy, including issues relating to Cryptocurrencies, Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), and Artificial Intelligence (AI), among others. The Stevens Center Fellows program is designed to mentor students seeking to become thought leaders under the broad umbrella of FinTech. As Stevens Center Fellows, students bolster classroom learning with guidance from Wharton faculty and real-world insights from financial institution leaders. The fellowship supports mentored student research in contemporary issues and innovations in finance, as well as offers students an opportunity to network beyond the Center’s four walls.

Fellows will receive mentoring for their projects from Wharton Finance affiliated faculty, invitations to workshop their research with like-minded, passionate peers, opportunities to participate in the Center’s work around crypto lending, and training through the FinTech Lecture Series.
